I feel inspired to create for the first time in ages. I haven't had the time in between the day-long sessions hammering away at code both at work and for various personal projects. Now I can't wait until I finally get home to my rendering software and my texture modifications. I am currently working on putting together a character portrait for a friend's Wheel of Time character for a MUD she plays on. My only minor problem at the moment is that I can't seem to be able to dig up a decent chemise and a nice-looking coat for the character. Man, I haven't written poetry in ages, but I still have some 200-300 poems lying around on my drives somewhere, and on a couple of my other sites. Perhaps an idea to add them here as well, will probably be read by more people that way, and then there's the chance that I can make someone happy, sad, pissed off, or just generally bored... Yay! Will throw in a dozen or two in the next days... Keep yer eyes peeled...

thanks so much for the slew of favorites!
Mmmmmm mandrake

*quack*
Mandrake went out the window. It wouldn't do what I told it to do. Like installing a printer. A simple task that Red Hat did without trouble. So I went back to M$ for the time being, took to much out of my work time.
oh no!

RH is sweet, go back to RH :)

But XP works, and I do need Macromedia Fireworks, and it became tedious to reboot just to slice up layouts. Of course, I can be all geeky and do it by hand, but, considering that I charge my clients for my time, I doubt they are interested in paying to have me go back to the graphics methods of the 90's. :surrender:
